The gold plating process used in Xintang Electroplating is independently developed. The concept comes from automobiles and sanitary products. It combines the automobile's anti-corrosion process with the beautiful plating of sanitary ware, and the independently developed gold plating ensures that every piece of art from customers is given a high-quality gold coat. It does not contain imitation gold primers or paint pigments, does not change color, has excellent process protection properties, and has strong oxidation resistance and hand perspiration resistance. Electrophoretic coatings can be used in the harshest environments, such as automotive sites, to avoid uneven manual spray thicknesses. This is beyond the scope of traditional sprays. Pre-plated copper acid treatment, the coating thickness is very high, and there are no wear marks on the surface.
Testing basis: The product thickness value and testing indicators are based on ASTM E384-08 (surface hardness test), GBT6461 -2002 salt spray test, sweat resistance test, Baigar method (binding force) test, precious metals (gold Au, silver Ag) X-RAY test, SGS (environmental protection) hazardous substance test, and passed and determined to be qualified products.
